We can also help in obtaining the municipal compliance review letter (e.g. does the current development on the parcel meet the current LUB, are there permits in place for anything requiring a permit (certain decks, over-sized sheds, etc.)) And, we offer aerial video and photography by drone for most properties (subject to Transport Canada restrictions).
